People don’t consume normal forms of media now. They get their news and views from platforms that support their biases. Both sides. The gov needs to grasp just how important marketing is and why they are doing poorly at marketing their position.

Absolutely. People seem to be beyond reason.

People think their opinions are fact mate. They instantly dismiss anyone else because most of them are incapable of holding a valid argument. Twitter isn't the town square of the world it's the insane asylum.
