As I understand it, the people who took the story about the Ukrainian cash-in-transit guards in Hungary at face value and keep shouting “why were they transporting stacks of cash in armored vans????” must think that banks in their own countries receive foreign currency from abroad by fax.

Buying anything russian, even watching russian movies and listening to russian music, people sponsor this. Maybe you’re one of those people.

Just regular news: Hungary robbed Ukrainian bank transport, kidnapped the 7 bank workers, "seized" over $80m in cash and 9kg of gold. They returned the people, but not the vehicle or the money. And everybody act like nothing happened. Even the media write about it like this:
