Literally adding these quotes to my lecture for my Sexuality class today — we talked about trans identity last week and talking about non-binary/moving beyond the binary this week. So fitting!

Does anyone have or know of any data/stats on drag queen legislation over the past few years, and its harm on queer youth and perception of identities? I have a student in my Family class who wants to do their midterm infographic assignment on this topic.

Do y'all have a favorite Bourdieu reading? We’re covering class, habitus, taste, distinction, etc. in my Social Theory class the week after spring break and trying to narrow it down. Currently have Wright’s “Class Counts” and Harnecker’s “Social Classes” on the schedule.
