I have no idea how hearts work. I was in the highest red zone for 20-50 minutes for a tempo or fast run just in September, and I can barely reach it now. This particular run I like to go out a few miles and turn around and pick up on the way back. 🙃

The automation is neat - filling out a web form opens a GitHub issue. A maintainer can label the issue with "approve-event" and it triggers a workflow that updates and deploys the calendar and closes the issue.

We used state machines to orchestrate a complex #HPC workload in #Kubernetes, and performed a Usability study across #Azure, #GoogleCloud, and #AWS with over 28K CPU and 256 GPU that resulted in over 26K datasets!
