In the future
Keyboard remapping is a thing that has been fully programmed into the game at this point.
There will be a Setting for encounters in specific rooms, rather than just grinding in the same spot the entire time.
In the future.
It has it's own folder directory called "UNDERTALEPLUS" in Local. Your vanilla Undertale saves won't carry over unless you manually do so and they won't be affected by anything you do in the game.
The original creator (Cibles) had this in her mind for years before pitching it to a programmer (LuigiUTMC) back in February of 2024. We started forming a team a few months after that.
We are currently redesigning Widescreen at the moment and will give further details in future devlogs.

It took around 2 months to do, and there's still a lot of bugs floating around that aren't patched yet. It'll be awhile before it's in a stable state, but worth it for the sake of making development easier.
Random SOUL Mod has new SOUL modes to select.

Deltarune battles, at the moment, is taking the cake for the hardest thing to implement fully.
The rock that talks in ruins keeps breaking anytime a minor change to the game's code is done.
Currently, instead of sliding forward, it slides upwards and just stops...
Remixed songs for the first release will be strictly battle music. Other songs that aren't remixes are menu themes.
Multiple save files work so anything that happens within that save file is tied to that save file.
Multiple saves can be turned off at any time if you don't like them.
