Nice going, man! I've been working on my flexibility. Taking the Atomic Habits advice of tying it to a trigger activity that I do anyway, I've been stretching my hamstrings daily for a few weeks. Could barely reach my shins before, now I'm touching fists (and occasionally palms) to the floor.

I do a codewars problem every day. If I'm low on time, I might do an easier one just to keep the brain in code mode. I realized today that I'm running out of those easier ones. Guess I'm just gonna have to do harder ones by default.
Have been successfully getting up earlier, and I think I'm liking it so far. Having most or all of my daily wins done by 11am is... new.
