Here's a handy PhpStorm tool I created. It opens the GitHub Desktop repo that matches the current PhpStorm project.

I typically have 2-4 PhpStorm projects open at a time and it was a pain to have to (1) switch to GitHub Desktop and (2) switch the repo to the correct one.
