Mandatory overtime was instituted a couple of weeks ago (Happy Thanksgiving; F* you) because our SLA was low. Today we had several new hire classes starting. Along with the usual call generating issues. Full staff is roughly 10 and we had over 400 contacts today. SLA was single digit all day. π₯²
