Now you have two problems, Google is marking all of your email as spam, an unknown number of threat actors using your server to spread malware because you forgot to patch something, and a small pile of subpoenas.

i had to smuggle my partner's hrt meds in daily and administered her injection while praying a nurse wouldn't enter the room when she was in a hospital. because the hospital pharmacy refused to issue her estrogen and blockers, despite active prescriptions

hospitals are a rough place for trans people. it's basically random if you get nurses that blatantly disregard gender identities and chart information while missing scheduled dose times for hrt medication. if they even accept your doctor's prescription and give you hrt at all

back when i lived in California, the local two hospitals in my insurance system were catholic. they were also the two in the network that would not provide orchiectomies "for any reason"
