it would make sense. at least i remember python-based symbolic execution being quite slow for more complex functions

the house (the arms industry) always wins
yea! hope you have a much better day tomorrow
anti-authoritarian in the streets, empress in the sheets
i feel that
that tends to chase it away, at least temporary. and i usually have no problem coming up with ideas to keep myself busy. but sometimes... just nothing seems worthwhile
a terrible quiet under the world
and that after you finally get to speak to one, after their two-year-plus waiting list
war by other means: figure skating
i haven't! but that sounds like a great idea
does dominatrix count as a trade- ohh the other CNC
there's also the tendency to document the changing of the code, in the code
things like "// MODEL_SDR_FLAG_DIFFUSE is now a compile-time variant". which is rarely useful to someone reading the code. they could check git if they wanted to know the history
i hope they at least have to type --dangerously-skip-kinetic-safeguards all the time
one persistent issue i've noticed with claude code is that it often removes perfectly good comments, even when they're completely unrelated to the change in question
in the dark, all ravens are black
i guess it's common because it's exactly how fascism so often works
i sometimes feel the blocking / lists functionality here should have *at least the option* to be private. it's about my own preferences, not about signalling. i don't want to create unnecessary drama
aside, it's much like FOSS maintenance: make judgements about design and the scope and direction of the project, review code changes, decide which dependencies to use and which wheels to reinvent, and so on
working with agents kind of comes naturally to me?
maybe it's because this happens at a time i'm becoming more social in general. i like chatting about the code with something infinitely patient and non-judgemental
i certainly enjoy a logic puzzle here and there. but i'm not sure i would miss doing it as much in my job. most of the real-life "logic puzzles" are so extremely cursed ! say, interactions of obscure components and configuration settings
i never had much libido whatsoever. e made me slightly hornier, on average, but still mostly too lazy (and maybe scared) to act on it
that works, but is even more moving parts. good luck!
for me, i think using my own domain but with 3rd party provider works best. this gives flexibility to switch, when needed, without hassle
the big mistake i made is giving out my actual protonmail address to people and using to sign up services
there was a time i tried to spend more time adjacent to artists, writers, musicians etc. it was a bad time
(trolley meme) There is no problem. You are traveling safely to your destination. and you're wearing a super cute outfit
i can't find it right now, but i think the worst one i've seen in the days of twitter trolley trolling was basically this one. but with people tied to the track
haah. before unfettered internet access i had unfettered access to BBSes and fidonet lol
all in all i'm happy i did, though
bsky.app/profile/did:...
hahahaha
*anime villain voice*
"i will find joy in this world. or else... i will burn it all
down"
i also don't use mail enough to make it worth a lot of trouble. nor, for anything particularly sensitive. it's a glorified notification service for me
so at some point i was like "i'll move my domains to protonmail. the site and app seems decent enough. at least it's not US tech company" GAH
thank you ! will look into that one
i ... have hosted my own mail server decades ago. even then, it was a frustration. making sure all the special headers are there, navigating IP blocklists/reputation, hoping my mail actually arrives and not silently get dropped
wha--i'm surprised i've never heard of this
no way...i want to go into the slime pod first
no it isn't, for sure
looking forward to migrating my mail address again
