Anyone know if anyone/any group (UK) doing/organising/campaigning anything regarding the ADHD Med Shortage? A few people have asked me what people can do and asked about MP template letters and stuff and honestly I don't have capacity right now so wondering if anyone I can signpost to?

Did a presentation to some film students today about the local autism/ADHD assessment "pilot" (look up #AccessDeniedND on other platforms for more info) hopefully a few are going to take on the topic for part of their coursework and we will get some short films to help people understand this mess

Though despite saying I mainly watch isekais currently I'm totally binding one piece and have watched over 200 episodes in under a week 🤣

Yesterday I turned up to my OT appointment covered in glitter and then called my psychiatrist old 😅 part of me thinks this might be an issue but to be honest if it's just glitter and mild insults I'm ok with it

Best way I can describe the way I feel today is like my body is full of bees 😐 weird internal buzzy vibrating feeling and my brain feels somewhat disconnected from the world

Not sure... main bit of if the dream I remember is trying to teach her to write the letter G 😅 so I assume we got at least got part way thought the alphabet

I think I've joined 👍 I'm still very new here so still getting to grips with the format 😅

In total 6 of us spoke on the local autism/ADHD pilot and the harm it's doing to our community.
Unfortunately we didn't really feel like we were heard and due to them changing the agenda order at the last minute the pilot was hardly discussed

All in all a very frustrating experience

I can mainly be found on insta ( @An.Lasair ) to be honest but as the "other place" is slowly falling apart I'm going to try to be over here more

I'm speaking at the public participation but of the York Health and Wellbeing Board tomorrow evening, had to submit a "summary" of what my speech contains so I wrote "autism/ADHD, suicide, self injury and the definition of risk" 🤣 which I think would be an awesome seminar or dissertation title!
