When I joined @codebar.bsky.social a senior lawyer questioned my commitment to my career whilst also being their first charity Chair. I have loved every moment doing both and I am proud to reveal that we have now been nominated for Charity of the year at the British Diversity Awards #diversityintech

Yet another brilliant woman I know being forced to give up her career (career, not job) because her husband is back in the office 5 days a week, used to be 3 days! They have small kids that need caring for. I will say it louder for the people in the back - flexible working helps women succeed!
