Jack Kirby, with Chic Stone, tells a tale about Jack Rubyβs murder of Lee Harvey Oswald, from May 1967βs Esquire magazine.
I had no idea at all β46 Hours & 36 Minutes In The Life Of Jack Rubyβ existed. Itβs amazing what you can turn up while trawling through old archives.
A crt TV screen photo of a pixel artwork apartment window overlooking a modern city at night. A globular lamp on a tall metal pole casts a warm yellow light, with a chair by the window mostly in a shadow
Turn the lights down low as the city comes alive at night...
Another of the PC-98 game artwork conversions to Mega Drive I've been sharing on and off, this one appropriate for the lateness of the hour.
Stop literally everything.

debut era aew dynamite ass drink
I fundamentally believe this era is an illusion. The current versions of Codex and Claude Code are costing OpenAI and Anthropic so much money because theyβre running at like a negative 150% gross margin. All improvements involve more and more compute. The limits will be sudden and brutal.
Gaming doesnβt count as screen time. Gaming is books. Unless itβs on your phone - that is screen time. Movies are books unless they are Marvel, who produce screen time. Television is screen time.
These are charming!
Yeah when I actually played Pokemon I liked it specifically because it was cheap. People opening a ton of packs trying to find the rainbow charizard meant the market was flooded with the cards people actually played with and PTCGO codes for cheap.
Look Iβm just learning Japanese so I can gamble on horses better, donβt lump me in with all these anime freaks.

Bill Watterson could do Sin City but Frank Miller could not do Calvin and Hobbes
There is, in fact, a level of annoying you can be that actively hurts your cause.
Then: Halo 3
Now: still probably Halo 3 but shout out Crisis it has aged amazingly
Being into Lil Peep early was maybe the last time I was anything near cool
Man I miss when they used to make anime out of terrible shoujo. Truly a load bearing wall of the anime scene.
This is a good insight into how close Microsoft and OpenAIs relationship is at this point. Because they clearly had no clue this was going down until very late.
Stroking the hound on a winters night crazy style
