Tubi says the recent “Leaving Soon” labels appearing on Cartoon Network and Warner Bros. shows were surfaced prematurely and do not reflect any immediate removals:

AI-generated artwork is officially not eligible for copyright protection after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review the appeal.
The court ruled that a work must have a human creator in order to qualify for copyright.

The company is currently pursuing a higher bid to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery rather than focusing solely on its own operations.
The remaining two ‘Smiling Friends’ Season 3 episodes, “Friend-Bot” and “Charlie's Uncle Dies and Doesn't Come Back”, will premiere on April 12th on Adult Swim.
These episodes are confirmed to be the show’s last, according to co-creators Zach Hadel and Michael Cusack.
