Got into TCAF this year. Thinking about what to do. I don't table enough to have a timely banner. Thinking back to 2009 where we made our own booth out of foamcore.

I never beat Maniac Mansion as a kid and had countless hours. Who you chose to play as really affected the game too. And I know the sequel let you do something so you could never win the game without letting you know you'd lost. Brutal stuff with a veneer of cartoony fun on top.

2 pages of a multi-path comic called The Gift of Story about a little sorcerer who goes on a quest to find a story for her pal, the bookwyrm, a book-hoarding dragon.

Aw yis, the new ChickaDEE and Owl mags have lots of my work. My regular Spruce Street Squad strip (a RPG story with mad lids this month), but also I drew a puzzle at a comic convention & a 4-page chose a path Dragon comic. @owlkids.bsky.social always lets me do the most fun stuff.

And the setup fee for the first timers, getting a banner, a table cloth, finding a good place to get stuff printed... and then realizing you need to travel to many more cons to make that profitable and maintain connections. Exhausting to even start.
