Once again Trump bans a newspaper from the White House press pool in retaliation for its reporting. The White House has been free to do this ever since 2 DC Circuit judges in June held that Trump can exclude reporters from the pool based on viewpoint. A page from the authoritarian playbook.

When I was little, the U.S. military came to our home at gunpoint and took me and my family away. We were imprisoned for years in barbed wire camps simply because we were Japanese American. I have spent my life telling that story, hoping it would never be repeated.
The retirement money of public employees is invested in firms run by Thiel, Andreesen, DOGE goons, and others who are trying to destroy the public sector. We can stop doing that.
