I love Super Mario 2, but I will say that the style of the game threw me off as a kid. Back then it was my least favorite of the original 3. Now, I'd say I like it better than the original.

Doing some more work on my Warhammer 40k army. I lost a bit of vibrancy during my last painting session, so I'm trying to push the brightest areas back toward magenta with highlights.

Made some progress over the weekend. All my Infractors and Tormentors are primed, and I took one squad of Tormentors to an almost finished state. There's still some small things that need doing, but you can see where we're headed.

I reflexively open most packs I come in contact with, so I only have a handful of packs for a future Chaos draft, enough Khans of Tarkir to draft, and a box of Mystery Boosters (50% chance it survives long enough to be drafted)

I've resolved to build a Warhammer 40k army this year. I've been busy with constructing the first batch of minis, slowly working my way toward the approximately 50 models in the full list. I'm 24 models in.
I call the list "Rock'n'Roll Clown Car"
Wanting to sell my Heroscape, Warhammer, Gundam cards and my last magic deck to try and offset a vehicle repair bill that's nearly 1k in cost.

I'm taking Sublime Prescience on one Kako, and Spearhead Striker on another. That second Kako is taking a squad of Noise Marines into Strategic Reserves in the Land Raider for backfield shenanigans. The plan is move fast, hit hard.

Had a productive weekend while avoiding the snow. Got a Lord Exultant, 2 squads of 5 Infractors, and 2 squads of 5 Tormentors built. I think I only need one squad of Tormentors, but it can't hurt to have a second.
Next stop, Noise Marines and basing!
