In case you're wondering, Jesse Welles’ Iran song is good.

I miss the days when Margaret Sullivan was doing that job
Why is the NYT’s PR department responding to skeets from journalists like a political fixer?
This is the job of an ombudsman, not a party that will naturally favor the Times’ party line.
Gonna tell my grandkids this was AOL
(That admittedly was a bit of dark humor, look it up on Wikipedia sometime.)
I'm surprised people don't still use ReiserFS. Wonder why it went out of style.
The problem with Xorg is that they didn't program it in Rust back in the day, which is why everyone must move to Wayland. Also I can't believe anyone would hate systemd.
Does this translate my rants about obscure Linux projects into something a regular person can understand?
That there isn't a magazine feature about this guy is bewildering.
I just want to point out how weird that chain of events is. Joe Rogan watched a random YouTuber’s videos critiquing technology, talked about it once, and now that YouTuber is manufacturing the very thing he was critiquing because he suddenly has an audience.
Six or seven years ago this Rob Braxman guy was a small-scale YouTuber obsessed with privacy. Joe Rogan gave him a prominent shout on his podcast, his audience blew up, and now he makes modular privacy-first tablets with his own custom operating system called BraxOS.

This is honestly a good move by Nothing. Their devices are creative but they’ve traditionally been a little much. This is the right balance for most people. www.theverge.com/tech/889769/...
She’s on here! Now that she’s not running against Mullin she could use some support!
This feels like an excellent way to ruin your career in a year.
Here’s one of the candidates for Markwayne Mullin’s now-former seat.

A death café that doubles as a crying café and offers platonic cuddling services is going to make me rich.
The new “we live in a simulation”
Hi! I'm the new Head of Communications @bsky.app.
I've been watching the open social web evolve over the past couple of years. Bluesky represents what I believe the future of the internet should look like: built on principles that put people first.
Kristi Noem getting shit canned is a huge W for us. There’s no way Trump can spin his ICE raids now as anything over than a giant failure.
It’s important to celebrate these W’s. We can still force change even in the minority. Don’t give up the fight!

At least some of the cost of the data centers was being passed to consumers.

Got this in a PR email. Honestly you could probably combine some of the businesses.
Can this be retroactive? Asking for a friend
I will say Fedora is pretty good these days. But different strokes and such.
It may not change the dynamic in Oklahoma much, but it’s worth noting that this basically turns what was going to be a safe seat into an open one.
I can’t believe it but he somehow found someone worse.
A few options:
Arch: asahi-alarm.org
Ubuntu: github.com/UbuntuAsahi
Some others (with varying levels of up-to-date-ness): leo3418.github.io/asahi-wiki-b...
Obviously not as robust as the main ecosystem but there is nothing committing you to Fedora if you really want something else.
