Do LLMs have emergent properties or not? As an interactive systems engineer, I feel I have to set the record straight: emergence isn’t an objective phenomenon and due to the architecture of LLMs, they sure have emergent (both weak and strong emergence).

⭐️ If your workforce is not as diverse as the market you're trying to address, some customer segments will inevitably be favored while the others are ignored.
⭐️ When b.s. is not challenged, it'll spread like wild fire. If people are too scared or don't care to challenge b.s. you need to find the root cause instead of going ahead executing it.
⭐️ If someone claps for your every idea without ever questioning you, they're not adding value (unless you need approval so badly that you're literally willing to pay for it).
⭐️ Promote honesty, kindness, integrity and outcome instead of acting nice, agreeableness, show-off, and fake output that's not connected to outcome.
⭐️ When great leaders leave the door, many others follow (unless the job market is crap and you end up with a bunch demotivated canaries in a golden cage). 🙃
⭐️ In every organization, there are well respected competent doers and truth tellers. Identify them as "canary in the coal mine" because when they leave, the org collapses.
⭐️ People either work or put up a show. Find the silent ones and include their perspective in the decisions.
⭐️ You cannot pay your way out of systemic issues caused by poor leadership. Don't waste money changing the tires when the GPS is broken.
⭐️ No one knows your business better than those doing the actual work.
Incompetent leaders surround themselves with "yes people" and seek advice from external management consultancies.
