Rather than getting stuck in tutorial hell again, decided to just stop and build something with Python. Currently building the ugliest personal dashboard known to man, with a weather widget, stock watcher, habit tracker and calendar integration. Finally something useful, built from scratch.
Daily coding learning:
- Revising OOP in Python
On investigating what languages are popular in London and Python comes up trumps. I’m also peeking into Postgres.
I’ve also started learning Japanese. That’s pretty fun.

Is there a great Notion exodus that I should know about? I tried to use Obsidian for a bit but I don't think integrating it between my devices was free. Notion helps with that, but is painfully slow on my desktop at times. What's the solution?

Looking up from the dust after ending my most recent acting contract. Hands off keyboard for a couple weeks but managed to win a pretty cool acting award on the last day of my contract, so that was fun. Now back to grappling with my 100 hours project and finishing up my last few #100Devs lessons.
