They’re smaller than a peafowl, but higger than a guinea and have more of a sloped back too like guinea. The heads though are definitely more peafowl with just a sprinkle of guinea. And the feathering is like a mix of peahen and guinea it’s weird what traits overtook vs others fs

Right? It’s interestjng to see how much of what traits from each parent they take, and they seem to hang around with the guineas as well as their own siblings more when they cluster even though their intermixed.
Makes me curious what their bone structure looks like too
My guess is since they are sterile there’s no need for sexual dimophism, but also that the peafowl traits are obviously less necessary, especially since there isn’t much of that within guinea fowl anyway
Update: i found some vids of the sounds the pea/guineas make, apparently it’s only this sound, but louder when they alert. So more guinea in a sense

It would be interesting to know if maybe there is a sound we have never heard before. Like how we know to a degree how para’s sounded but we’re probably missing a lot since we have no clue what soft tissue that we’re missing to account for on how much that would change the tone.
Yus, there’s so much of the soundscape missing when it comes to that. Like how hummingbirds make a weird whistle when they dive or a dove’s whistle, ir is it just a basic flapping sound, or were they as silent as an owl. It would be fun to see if we could 3D print material as delicate as feathers
