If your organization is not realizing these kind of benefits, then I highly encourage you to consider 1Password. I'm in no way compensate for this message, I'm simply an extremely happy customer who wanted to share a few thoughts based on a recent interaction.

This is where the idiom "lead by example" becomes really dangerous, especially when team resources are constrained and you as a leader want to help the team move forward. A careful balance can be reached, but you have to intentionally define outcomes/objectives and operate transparently!

Sustained results are a true metric of success. Being able to jump a hurdle doesn't signify that you are able to run an entire race. Recognize your achievement as an individual/team and keep moving forward. Celebrate your accomplishments once you have completed the race.

How could I have missed this? There is always an exception, but otherwise... ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ

If only there were some kind of "tech enthusiast" badge that allowed us to easily understand one's intent. Unfortunately I assume everyone is an influencer unless proven otherwise; which makes social media (and conferences) really stinking challenging.

I watched Wild Robot last night with the family. Everyone enjoyed the movie; well placed humor, a great storyline, very well done! Fair to say it is a Noggle family recommended watch.

It is satisfying to place a brand new computer and accessories on a new employee's desk all packaged up in the original packing.

This sounds exactly like the roller coaster we ride with GitHub CoPilot.

Invest more time exploring and understanding the problem. Having a clear understanding of the problem is key to finding the right strategy for moving forward.

I too found this to be the needed jolt to find my way back around this app and slowly step away from TwitterX. Love the confirmation that I'm not the only one! :)

I have decided to dedicate my usage of this platform to the things that make me happy and help me grow as a person. I've struggled to step away from X simply because that is where everything tech used to happen.
