Here’s a neat new feature in our big redesign — focus mode. It filters the layer list to show only the layers you’ve selected, their container(s) and any siblings. If you’ve got a busy canvas, this is going to stop you scrolling for miles in the Layer List.

We’ve got a biiiig update for you. A complete redesign of Sketch. Maybe you’ve tried the beta, maybe you’ve seen the teasers. Now you can update and try it all for real.

What are we doing in 2025 at @sketch.com?

Right in the first months, you can expect:

- Stack Layout (Framer are the OG on stack/auto-layout, so w believe calling it stacks fitting)
- Frames (well, same reasoning as above, figma nailed the implementation)

What did we do in 2024? We asked @rafa.design (and a few friends) to show what we shipped… and… well… enjoy!

It’s great fun! The recent expansion is excellent as well. It can get complicated but it’s easy to pick up so by the time you get to anything super complex you should be pretty comfortable with the game!

Wanted to do a Sketch Wrapped but remembered we don’t track what you do in your documents. So here I am making it all up. I reckon this is probably all of you.
