WAS GEHÖRT IN DIE BOX? Kognitive Ebene aktivieren: Es gibt viele verschiedene Übungen zu Entspannung und Umlenkung der Aufmkersamkeit. Suche dir passende Übungen aus und packe sie in die Box. Hörsinn aktivieren: Musik wirkt sich auf unsere Stimmung aus - vielleicht kannst du eine Playlist machen, die Dir Hoffnung in belastenden Zeiten gibt. Oder ganz oldschool eine Kassette aufnehmen und mit Walkman in die Box packen.

In belastenden Momenten ist es wichtig, schnell auf Unterstützung zugreifen zu können. Eine psychische Erste Hilfe Box kann dir dabei helfen, in akuten Krisen ruhig zu bleiben und selbstfürsorglich zu handeln.
