Sometimes I have cereal for dinner to show 5-year-old Me that dreams CAN come true.

I'm a life-long people pleaser, so I'm working with my therapist to care less about what other people think of me.

UNFORTUNATE UPDATE:

Yesterday I went to the gym, ate a balanced dinner, read a book, and went to bed at a reasonable hour instead of scrolling on my phone.

Today, I feel like I have super powers.

It works.

A “horror” action film…kinda? But so so much more, with way more depth than expected, with some jaw-dropping sequences.

Ludwig Görannson’s soundtrack absolutely CRUSHES.

Go see it on a big ass screen with a big crowd & stay thru the credits!

I didn’t feel like going to the gym, but then told myself I could just do one exercise and go home, but then I did my one exercise and the next one and then my whole workout and I felt much better after.
