I think that account is doing a very weird shitpost. The person Katie Notopoulos is a buzzfeed journalist and I can't find anything affiliating her with threads other than their say so. Their account does a lot of threads shilling but the posts have a very deliberate tone of cringe.
It's sad that "first they came" apparently needs the last line for people to take it in stride (sometimes not even that) but alas
