Sorry im still new to caring
When is the basketball superbowl
Sorry the ratio is like 60% world of warcraft, 20% web accessibility, 20% mad about government right now, I hope i did that math right. My brain needs to shut off.
The amount of people that didn't even notice Sendrax died during this quest is still very funny to me. Even the major story characters failed to mention it.
You all keep making me write Javascript for the other things (HTML/CSS) and I shan't forgive you for that.

Wait, have I been missing out or is this your usual trickery
Dang, that might have been the first PokΓ©mon game I've wanted to buy but I dont own a switch
We need more tendrils and tussled hair in the character customizer.

We cannot meaningfully separate everyday usage of βAIβ from the machine of death and war. If youβre upset by the military-industrial complex? These tools feed it; they *are* it.

me having trouble running some software locally: maybe my resource proxies aren't setup? Missing certificate? Maybe an issue with docker? I'm missing permissions? I should nuke it all and start completely over? Maybe get a new job?
teammate absolutely saving the day: vpn
World of Warcraft: Midnight is here and the soundtrack is available on streaming platforms! So grateful to be included on this, the 11th installment I have had the honor of contributing to over the last 20 years. Congrats to all the talented contributors who brought this to life.
I've been turning off the music in game so I can listen to this uninterrupted haha. It's all so good!
My solution for 1:1's sometimes causing me anxiety is to have so much work to talk about that I just never have to stop talking I guess, my bad
any @nuxt.com devs interested?
Yeah after Turalyon blowing all hot the whole time, it was nice to have Alleria show up
Oh for sure, and there are people genuinely talking about it, too and it doesn't feel like lip service. To me, that's really important as a base. Hope they keep up with it.
Did you hear? @11ty.dev is becoming Build Awesome!
And yes. We're featuring a Kickstarter video with the Awesome-verse cast you know and love.
β Same open-source core.
β Optional Pro tools.
β Much bigger future.
Back the Kickstarter!

I like seeing all of your npmx posts even though I have never tried to use it or anything because it's refreshing seeing a thing in tech where I'm not like "wow they didn't consider accessibility" or "wow I hope they don't use this to bomb people"
That reputation they're chasing has also been gone a lot longer than they think it has. In my early 20s? Yeah sure, they were a good price point and you felt like you were getting decent items. But even as far back as like 10-15 or or so years ago? They have been dreadful stores to shop at.
YEAH related, I've learned you can wrap a label around a lot of things and it completely throws off the accessibility tree and can hide a multitude of sins.
Today is the alpha release of npmx β an alternative browser for the npm registry. Abbey Perini joined early and soon discovered accessibility was a deep part of the culture, right from the start, which was both refreshing and incredibly productive.

Accessibility scores are almost always based on automated testing which usually results in a pretty high number (and can be easily fooled with really weird HTML) without catching most of your issues. So it's a world where "94%" might sound like a high number, but its relatively meaningless.
The constant struggle of not allowing the accessibility work to be turned into a metrics game, even though folks in leadership love a good dashboard with numbers on it.
I feel like we are used to going to only "shattered" worlds, but you can see distant horizons on this world. Overall, this might be my favorite expansion release campaign. It's very focused and the plot never feels too windy (even with ZA being very unique, you're there for a reason).
Yeah I wasn't sure what to expect with Void Storm after seeing the initial screen shots which looked like Karesh (which made me think it might be a little boring/already done) but it's actually fantastic. I also love how they extended the horizon so the world actually looks huge.
me, in warcraft: wow this character is a problem, I really hope we kill them
*we literally kill them*
me: wow I can't believe we actually killed them
