I agree with the sentiment but the world isn't black or white and would be a far better place if more people think things through before they act. Thinking alone isn't "living", but skipping or rushing the thinking part doesn't help either. Remember: Dubito, ergo cogito, ergo sum.

Well, ofc GenAI isn't a guarantee for success. But neither is a cordless drill, so do I tell the carpenter to not use it? I agree it's not about the tool it's about their fear of losing influence and rank. It's dividing people into good and bad based on a made up category.

@wldk.nl all that with around 50 lines of code done by myself. all the rest was done by chatting with github copilot. That thing blows me away at the moment. It's far from perfect, but it is effing awesome! Yesterday this was just an idea, now it's up and running. crazy times.
