It's been a week.

Our tuxedo boy cat, Finn, asleep in a nest of pillows on my chair.

My tabby cat, Minerva, asleep on my computer chair.

Apparently my requests gor chair access were exhausting and now both cats are very asleep.

In a shocking turn of events, our boy cat, Finn, has stolen my chair! But because Minerva needs a chair, she stole my computer chair! I am currently chairless and my demands for a place to sit have been ignored.

2/2 Mr. Terrific, Black Lightning, Thunder, Lightning, Vixen, Batwing (David Zavimbe or Luke Fox), The Signal, Static, Icon, Rocket, Aqualad II... The list goes on and on. And they raise solid points, like DC shuffling characters into alt-universes rather than have them in the Earth-1 continuity.

I'm just getting up to speed with #DCSoWhite and I am loving it. DC has some of the best and most interesting Black characters, but barely gives them space to breathe. They don't even capitalize on wins like Mr. Terrific after the Superman movie last year. Shit is infuriating. 1/2

Sorry I've been a bit quieter the last few weeks. It's been a lot of heavy stuff medically with the family. No one is dead, but lots of hospitalization and it's been less than ideal. Things seem to be improving, so hopefully I'll be more active in the coming weeks.

It doesn't matter how much willpower and toughness you think you have. When your kid sneezes on you, it's only a matter of time until you succumb.

I'm probably in the same socio-economic cohort. The first time I ever touched a computer was at school and you had to put your name on the list to play Number Munchers.

This is why I embraced the "Xennial" concept, and the idea of shoulder/micro generations.

Stuff like this is why, as another Xennial, I stand by the idea that Gen X is the most fractured generation currently in play, because the difference between the elder and younger ends is HUGE. Culturally, technologically, and economically. The rest of this thread is 🔥 too.
