Often the issue is that qgis2web does not support the styling method that you have used in QGIS. If you can simplify styles, or even (to diagnose the issue) determine which layer causes the problem, that might help you get a working webmap.
Two tech successes this weekend:
1 Worked out how to use Allmaps to georeference and generate x/y/z tiles for maps hosted by the NLS.
2 Worked out how to host more than one qgis2web map per pages site on github.
