Może, ale kwestia poziomu poparcia przed listopadem chyba też samego gabinetu specjalnie nie rusza, bo inaczej raczej by się w ogóle nie pchali w nieprzemyślany i chaotyczny konflikt, do którego nawet nie próbowali nikogo przekonać i który już ma negatywne notowania społeczne.

Basically, no one is happy about it for internal and regional reasons. It's also not that important. Main players are more interested in the upcoming rise of energy and fuel prices, and the blame game that will follow.

That's not very suprising when you look at the internal reactions to the events:
- very negative at the left and the Braun far-right
- quite negative at the cente-left and the Confederacy far-right
- centre mainly stays quiet
- and PiS politicians are at best saying 'we're praying for US soldiers'

Yeah, fully agree. It's exhausting to seeing the foreign narrative on the topic being driven by the actions of this brigade but it's understandable when, a lot of them, are not just some frindge groups, but major political actors. Personally, all of it is just so frustrating and painful.

It's not like the Polish cinema has nothing to show for those debates. More people should be aware of "Pokłosie", "Ida" and "Wesele" (the 2021 one). All of them have been made in the last 15 years.

There is so much to be said about antisemitism in Poland and issues of people of Jewish heritage actually living in the country (I'm one of them) but 'Poland and Poles = antisemitism' is just such an incurious way to talk about it.
