Shipped some #ADA accessibility updates to @getfido.app. Certainly not the most glamorous thing to do, but certainly a big part of helping those with disabilities use your website. Now all Fido users get all the goodies too! #CommunalCodebase #FTW

Building out GroceryGetter. It's an app that lets you find a recipe, get all the ingredients, then adds them to your Kroger (King Soopers) cart. Built on @vuejs.org and @nuxt.com . Really fun to work on #devLyfe
Come and join in on the fun by picking who you think will win this years #MadCSS challenge:
I'm rolling with @tolin.ski over @kevinpowell.co in the finals. Don't even ask how I came up with that choice πΉ Maybe it's because Scott is from Denver too π€·
Best of luck to all and enjoy π
Working on some fun stuff for @getfido.app users today. Building out a custom Guide that showcases all of the components and variants we offer. @craftcms.com is so extensible and nice to work with. That's why I built Fido on it π
Still some work to do but it's coming along nicely.
This Is also way too much fun when it starts to really click πͺ it stops being work and turns into a fun puzzle to put together ππ
Loving the progress thus far. So much more to do but itβs been great seeing it all start coming together π
The biggest issue with Zen? Itβs built on Firefox and absolutely sucks. I remember keenly that it used to be my go to because it had Firebug and ruled. Not any more.
And just like that Rivers throws a pick six. I remember those all too well ππΉ
Whereβs our Edit button @bsky.app ?? π
Love seeing Rivers, wheeling and dealing like he is doing tight. Brings back memories. #boltUp
How many carries do you see Hampton getting?
ah @centurylink.bsky.social is really cramping my style today with this entire day Internet outage. Hard to build the Net when you canβt connect :/
I met the drummer awhile ago when he came and installed my internet. Great guy. I miss that band and all the skanking that came with it #getYourDancinggShoes
But if you want to, you can be crazy like me and (try to) go around it with a headless approach.
Itβs nice having options.
Making progress on a headless @getfido.app project built on Nuxt and Vue powered by Craft CMS. Itβs been a fun challenge but so much work. Itβs so easy to take for granted all that @craftcms.com and its powerful templating, does for youβ¦
I've never been a big fan of Firefox's devTools and certainly not a fan of Zen's either. I suppose Chrome will be fine for dev, but I suppose you can't always get what you want π
Giving the Firefox-based browser Zen a try. I loved Arc's features but they're sun setting it. So it's time to try something new. I do miss Arc's pop out media player that just floating wherever you want when switching windows. But overall, Zen is pretty schweet.
Finally made the jump from BuddyWorks to GitHub Actions. I was using Buddy for @getfido.app CI/CD deployments and altho I <3 their service, GH should be much cheaper in the long run. Now we're getting < 1 minute deployments per site. Not too shabby.
Some pics from the trip to Utah
Mason Miller. Youβre a beast Go @padres.com πͺ
Perhaps weβll see Mr Wax in Marlon Wax some action π
Initially considered Netlify but didnβt like that they canβt connect to Private GitHub repos in the free tier esp something Iβm building for fun and family. Weβll see how this goes π
Setup my first CloudFlare Pages app today. Not too terrible to setup when using Wrangler with my Nuxt setup. Feeling my dev skills growing πͺ΄
Nice, that sounds cool! I was helping my brother, Josh (@minemindmedia.com) with his @landgogh.com site awhile back, and that's built on Laravel too.
I'd love to check out your app once it's ready. If you need beta/QA testers just let me know.
Primarily working on @getfido.app which is a design system built on @craftcms.com. More specifically been working on a headless version of the site along with a WIP Content Wizard. Still a lot to do but Kiro has made much of it easier.
What kinds of things are you doing with Upload Drive-In?
I've been really liking the Kiro workflow. Much better than Junie (PHPStorm), and Cursor imo. The free tokens til the 15th is a nice touch too. #devLyfe
Having some fun working on this Content Wizard for @getfido.app. Fido has SO many options to choose from. The Wizard will allow users to post content to any section and am integrating AI options to help generate text/images to help you publish content. Building this with Vue, Nuxt, and Storybook π
Haha I bet. The tooling we have these days is pretty sweet π
Buddy is so nice to work with. Been using them for years now and much better than other similar tooling out there.
And she gets prettier with each passing day π
