I think one thing people outside Minnesota don't understand is that after Good and Pretti were killed by feds while observing, the most normal people you could imagine have made peace with the fact that they could be next, and they are still out there because they say it's the right thing to do.
< Note Kirstie Kimball 3d substack If you don't live in Minneapolis, I need you to know a few things about the occupation. -the helicopters don't stop -there are so many abductions from cars that we have a towing moratorium and there are constantly cars parked haphazardly in the street-these are often running or have their hazards on and they often have glass from broken windows by the wheels -even if you're stationary in one spot, you will likely see ICE multiple times a day -songs with honking or whistles on sports TVs in bars get people to stand up automatically -most restaurants, even those that aren't owned by immigrants, have locked their doors -there was a military style checkpoint by the execution site of Alex Pretti last night and people had to prove they live there with ID or mail to get into their neighborhood -whatever you see on the news or Instagram, it's worse
Jesus Christ. The "pivot" lasted about 15 minutes.
Arresting a black journalist under the Ku Klux Klan Act for covering a pro-immigration protest at a Christian nationalist church led by an ICE officer is the perfect encapsulation of this administration's authoritarianism, racism, and trolling.
Don't be quiet because they're all black.
Don't be quiet because they're all black.
Don't be quiet because they're all black.
Don't be quiet because they're all black.
I hate that I hate 4th of July and New Year's Eve anymore due to easy access to fireworks and lax enforcement of the actual fireworks laws.
Had we been prepared to listen to women, Epstein might have been in jail during the Clinton Administration.

Hearing this is payback for Colorado not honoring Trump/Peters βpardonβ
Just our governing party hanging out with leaders in Germanyβs Nazi-adjacent party. Totally normal.
Probably my all time favorite Sorkin Speech, and there are a lot of them.
The third time in 2 months that the official DHS account has tweeted a Nazi term which means "ethnic cleansing" of all people of color from America and Europe.
Food Truck Champion game laid out. Some day I'll remember to take a picture during the game and not have to recreate an approximate game afterward.
