Depending on what I'm going for, a 2/2 can still be great as a utility though I wouldn't build around it! But a 2/2 fire wand is still good for popping bloats, lighting barricades, clearing gas etc.

I don't have the same use case but I was very impressed with Batocera - installation was easy on my 2012/2013-era Macs, it plays nice with my wired XBOX 360 controller, and it's easy to stuff it full of vaporwave mp3s and 80s scans so the "pageantry" before I actually fire up a ROM is to my taste 😆
