One thing I don't get about the mandatory switch to PEPPOL: there's no free basic access. I’m fine with paying for added value (easy setup, etc.), but if it's required by law, there should be a zero-cost path. I should be able to run my own access point with just time and effort.

Is there an easy way to store blade components in a modular directory structure?
For instance, for a monolith with a website and an app, I'd like to store components under "website/components" instead of "components/website". This does not seem to be possible out of the box?
