The Trump officials who attended a recent summit of election deniers included Kurt Olsen, a White House lawyer charged with reinvestigating the 2020 election, and Heather Honey, the DHS official in charge of election integrity.
Since last year, I and Al Shaw & @bxroberts.org have investigated the linkages between Trump appointees and the industries they oversee. Today we published a searchable database containing approximately 3,200 financial disclosure forms of roughly 1500 officials.

But DHS staffers say Lewandowski has approved numerous contracts at the agency and often needs to sign off on large contracts before any money goes out the door.

When former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández was pardoned by Trump, there was a detainer in place that could’ve landed him in ICE custody like countless other immigrants.
But the Federal Bureau of Prisons scrambled to get his detainer removed so he could walk free.
As Rep. Jayapal says, our reporting has found that these aren’t isolated incidents. Last October, we tallied more than 170 cases of U.S. citizens detained by immigration agents.
