The FDA webpage had a stark warning: Some purported autism “cures” or treatments, including chlorine dioxide and raw camel milk, are dangerous and make misleading claims.
Now, under RFK Jr.’s leadership, that advisory is gone.

Last year, we documented nearly 50 incidents of immigration officers shattering car windows to make arrests — a tactic experts say was rarely used before Trump took office.
ICE claims its officers use a “minimum amount of force.” You can judge for yourself.

The Trump officials who attended a recent summit of election deniers included Kurt Olsen, a White House lawyer charged with reinvestigating the 2020 election, and Heather Honey, the DHS official in charge of election integrity.
Since last year, I and Al Shaw & @bxroberts.org have investigated the linkages between Trump appointees and the industries they oversee. Today we published a searchable database containing approximately 3,200 financial disclosure forms of roughly 1500 officials.

DHS invoked the “national emergency” at the border to skirt competitive bidding rules for a $220 million taxpayer-funded ad campaign, which has secretly benefited a firm with ties to Kristi Noem.

What's angered Trump re Noem? Her testimony about a $200 million self-promotional ad campaign at DHS — about which @propublica.org broke the critical details last year:

That's nice to hear! We're excited to see what people are able to find in the data :)
An incredibly talented team of my colleagues at @propublica.org have created a searchable database of Trump's team financial disclosures, to help explore potential conflicts of interest: projects.propublica.org/trump-team-f...
#ICYMI: Noem denied that aide Corey Lewandowski was involved in approving DHS contracts.
But DHS staffers say Lewandowski has approved numerous contracts at the agency and often needs to sign off on large contracts before any money goes out the door.

The documents disclose positions officials have held outside government, their assets and their debts, among other things.” A search bar prompts the user to search for a person or financial holding.
THREAD: We just released a tool that allows you to search billions of dollars in wealth, ties to the most powerful companies in the country, and details of the personal finances of President Trump and over 1,500 of his appointees.

NEW: Use our database to explore the financial disclosures of President Donald Trump and more than 1,500 of his appointees.
NEW: ProPublica is releasing a trove of disclosure records that detail the finances of more than 1,500 Trump appointees, including former lobbyists, industry executives and at least a dozen officials who declined to identify former clients.
Kristi Noem, while governor of South Dakota, supplemented her roughly $130,000 salary by secretly accepting $80,000 donated to a political nonprofit she was affiliated with, records show.
She never disclosed this income on federal ethics forms.

We identified 12 shootings by federal agents that led to the deaths or injuries of citizens & immigrants since Sept.
Nearly every time, the Trump admin blamed the injured and dead. Experts say this apparent lack of accountability demands that local authorities step up to investigate federal agents.
Sen. Blumenthal has written a letter to Kristi Noem about her denial that Corey Lewandowski has a role in approving contracts at DHS.
"I demand that you amend your testimony" and "provide the basis for your apparent false statement on the record."

New:
Kristi Noem claimed to the Senate yesterday that Corey Lewandowski has no role approving contracts at DHS.
But internal DHS records and interviews with current and former agency officials contradict her testimony:

We sent 4 records requests to the Education Department — the first more than a year ago — seeking the status of school investigations, findings of discrimination reversed under Trump and more.
The agency gave no response except to acknowledge it received them.
An Oklahoma law was supposed to help reduce the sentences of women who killed their abusers.

Kristi Noem was asked during Senate testimony yesterday whether Corey Lewandowski had any role in approving DHS contracts.
"No," Noem said.

When former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández was pardoned by Trump, there was a detainer in place that could’ve landed him in ICE custody like countless other immigrants.
But the Federal Bureau of Prisons scrambled to get his detainer removed so he could walk free.
As Rep. Jayapal says, our reporting has found that these aren’t isolated incidents. Last October, we tallied more than 170 cases of U.S. citizens detained by immigration agents.
Here’s that investigation she’s referring to:
An internal Department of Homeland Security policy document from February 2025 shows agency officials, including top aide Corey Lewandowski and Noem — referred to as “S1,” signing off on a policy change.
Someone on the House Judiciary committee should ask Noem about this document turned up by @propublica.org showing DHS "chief advisor" Corey Lewandowski signing off on an agency policy change:
