have you been to a 'current' library...? most go way beyond book lending (which is already super valuable): activities for kids, board games, printers, video games, tech workshops, seed libraries, etc. mine even has a 3d printer 🫡

They totally hold up. Are you playing a browser based version (Abadonware) or getting it from somewhere else? Have you found a version with sound? Introduced my kids to all the old Sierra games but it shit or miss whether I can find them on any given day.

I completely out of the blue put on Soul Asylum’s 1993 album “Grave Dancers Union”. Man that takes me back. One of those albums where you hardly ever hear the songs so it really makes you feel the year

My ranking is very similar though I probably put Spring first.

Naturally I agree on the second piece as well. You have excellent taste! OK Human is the only ‘great’ album of their more modern era.

When I saw that there were new albums out this week from Yes, Paul Simon, Def Leppard, and Dave Matthews Band, I had a genuine moment of "what year is this and how did I get here?"

Dave Matthews has a new album out in a few minutes. Have to wonder who is his audience these days? Just Gen X or does he pull in the younger crowd? Eager to listen to this one!
