One interesting thing I've realized as I'm using Claude Code more in my dev work, I find that I'm understanding the requirements a lot better. In the extra time I'm taking to put together a meaningful prompt, almost every time I'm realizing something I didn't know, and would've bitten me otherwise.
I want one for my home office.
I missed an 8am dentist appt today. Swore it was later in the week. Aside from being furious at myself, the worst part was making myself call them. Huge trigger to my rejection sensitivity thinking I'll be judged for being stupid. But sure, ADHD is a superpower.
Every Saturday, my daughter and I go to Starbucks. We always get a drink and a cookie. When I get home, I'm almost always motivated to get something done. This is one of many "ADHD taxes" I'm willing to spend to be more productive.

Starting my Monday by having the "quality of life" talk with the vet about my senior dog.

At the stage w/ my senior dog (16) where I don't know how to tell when "it's time". She's deaf, incontinent, has arthritis, falls down a lot and often doesn't seem to know where she is. She still eats & will often run 5 laps around the house when she comes inside. Torn, but think I know the answer.
