To be fair I'm a reluctant Linux user. I mostly learned it because when I started playing with making web sites the step up from Geocities was building a whole Linux server yourself. I also got thrown in the deep end being a 192 node Linux cluster admin in college for my student job.

I have a few friends who use that green light therapy. It's backed up by peer reviewed research that seems pretty solid too. The big brand name light is stupid expensive and I have no idea how well any of the cheap knockoffs work.
