What separates a dashboard people glance at from one that drives decisions? On 2026-03-19, Shubhangi Goyal walks us through building #PowerBI dashboards with empathy, covering KPIs, data modelling, intuitive design, and user adoption. swfta.uk/ug-2026-03 #DataViz #Analytics
Youtube has decided that I am the target market for "I'm 50 and my kids keep telling me to do more cardio" and "I have an IQ of 140 but I make less money that some of my friends who hardly made it out of high school" ads and damn that's cold...
Yknow, I was just thinking this rugby match was missing something. And @itvx.com has it covered! Just what I was looking for...a stupid ass AI advert during a little break in play #IRLvWAL
Building #PowerBI dashboards that nobody uses? The problem usually isn't the data, it's the design thinking. On 2026-03-19 Shubhangi Goyal shows us how to build dashboards with a customer-first mindset, from defining the right problem to driving adoption. swfta.uk/ug-2026-03 #DataViz #Analytics
I've changed my mind AI can actually replace me. They finally invented the machine that gets progressively more ambitious ideas and then gives up
Maple, a golden poochon, standing, with a denta-stick in her mouth. A denta-stick is a hard, brick red dental stick, it is about 10cm long but cross section is an x shape so it is bulky rather than flat. And instead of holding it horizontally in her mouth, she always holds it out of the side of her mouth and thus it almost looks like a cigar and being an 80s kid reminds me of Hannibal from the A-Team
Maple gets a denta-stick each morning and for reasons unknown to me she walks around for a few minutes holding the stick like this. I can only assume she loves it when a plan comes together.

You and me both π
Thanks, I am super secure with this stuff. I run 1 Password with long unique passwords, memorable words as scrambled text, MFA etc. Rotate my key passwords annually. Itβs just the idea that I, a Welshman who has never been to Canada, let alone buy tires would appear in this breach.
I got pwned this week in Canadian Tires data breach. And odd breach for me to be in?
"We explicitly said you had to ask for authority before pressing the launch button, why didn't you follow the rules?"

Morning...
`That's the honest answer: I didn't stop to check the reference material I already had. There's no technical limitation that prevented me from following the rules β I just didn't do it carefully enough.`
I am more and more convinced that we are living inside some weird drawn out terminator origins storyline...
And fuck cancer
Good news, hope you have many more good days.
ssh is an obscure but widely-deployed command. It stands for Secure Snake Home and was made in the 90s to securely play snake online
I made a massively multiplayer backend for it with support for thousands of concurrent snake players
ssh snakes.run to join!
I asked someone for help because I can't access service desk and guess what advice I got?
Yup, you guessed it...raise an incident.

A reboot of this excellent diagram, and absolutely not AI slop.

Wow my @commodoreofficial.bsky.social 64 is here and itβs just perfect www.tiktok.com/t/ZThxTMs9G/
In fairness the response is insightful but I dunno, I just donβt think Iβm prepared for a world where our communities are filled with non existent members.
Ugh and openclaw agents in the comments offering their own insights on the situation.
And of course a βJournalistβ asks AI to summarise the blog post for an article, gets blocked so hallucinates quotes and then isnβt fact checked.
World gone mad
