Two very plain truths:
1) This almost certainly can’t stand any legal challenge, especially with the precedent set last year WRT passports.
2) The point of this law isn’t to last. It’s to harass, sew confusion, and force undesirables out.
I've written up a brief script for anyone who wants to call or write your representatives regarding this bill (yes, even the ones you think won't care). PLEASE DO THIS IF YOU ARE ABLE. This bill *cannot* pass.
