Ahhhhh yessss
Ahhhhh yessss
Oooh I have not heard the adhd one. Fun!
Yes!!! And I bought it and loved it and then just sorta fell into the habit of eating it or some other sea salt without really examining it too much. Fast forward to now and I discovered I was low-key iodine deficient due to not eating most things w iodine and had to actually buy iodized salt. Lol.
In those events I would do math about it. Take weight total, divide into 20 (total qty) to get wt of one, then weigh what’s left. But that’s because I’m such a lightweight the difference between dose qty might be drastic.
The only thing it feels worthwhile for me to say right now is pay attention to whether your feelings & the information you’re absorbing are paralyzing you or prompting you to meaningful action, whatever that is. Paralysis helps no one but the enemy.
Oh yummm 😋
Love the reframe for all my late night bedtimes. I’m not procrastinating, I’m staying up like a hero!
I urge you to stop what you're doing and watch Alysa Liu's free skate from yesterday. I have never seen anything like this. I understand why sports writers are born now. I have never seen anyone as free from the burdens of this world as this pierced Oakland girl spinning to Donna Summers.
Then the dad came in all upset like why did you kick my golden child out?!? He would’ve aced it if you all weren’t so terrible!
I am condition-specific barefoot. Take boots off to step onto a patch of moss deep in the forrest or cold water creek. A++
I do think it’s funny that the USA broke from England to get rid of the monarchy so that no one would be above the law and yet only one of these countries has arrested a senior political figure in relation to Epstein and it wasn’t the USA

It was so terrible! I was more bemused than mad. But yeah. Such a missed opportunity! Amazingly boring for having so many sweet elements.

Franzi Schimmer captured this Grizzly bear in Brooks Falls, Alaska just floating along, tippy-tapping down the river, browsing the salmon.
Prior to hibernation, up to 40% of a bear's body mass is fat, which is less dense than water (~0.9 g/cm^2), so the murder-monster is also a floaty-boaty.
Goddamn ninjas cutting onions in the vents…
Like I’m really pondering how many eggs I could possibly eat in a day and 6 feels like a stretch. I’m trying to picture even going for a dozen a day. To be clear I am not about to. But I am morbidly fascinated.
From the latest Maintenance Phase bonus episode. maintenancephase.buzzsprout.com/1411126
Contemplating 35 eggs and my own childhood villain Gaston’s love of 4 dozen eggs thanks to @yrfatfriend.bsky.social and @michaelhobbes.bsky.social SO. MANY. EGGS.
This visualization of daily activity of ICE is unreal.
Thrilled. Delighted. Perfection.
I really wanted to find a eating popcorn gif equivalent but with beans. Did not disappoint.
I do! And I adore every book I have read so far. Which is most of them.

Anytime I do, inevitably I get to the steamy content as I’m checking out at the grocery. 🫠
