Oh interesting readings. I see the name has been used elsewhere such as for the prophet in Super Chinese World, localized as Notruedamus in Super Ninja Boy. Ha!
Luckily, you can save a few characters as the name is actually Nostradamus -- it refers to the actual Nostradamus's book The Prophecies
This is a reference to Century X, Quatrain 72 of Nostradamus's prophecies.
