My research will focus on the inclusion of Indigenous peoples in the labour market, examining how legal and institutional frameworks support Indigenous rights and participation.
The project critically explores the intersections of legal structures, business practices, and reconciliation processes, analyzing how institutional mechanisms foster equity and socio-economic inclusion.
Over the coming months, I will be a visiting researcher at McGill University’s Faculty of Law, Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism.
