I was wondering if you would try and fit another first name in there. I figured out a way to fit that in the midde, but it adds 9 steps.

Mine was an inventor who came up with lots of stuff for maritime navigation and was mysteriously called away whenever there was a missing submarine. Normal stuff.
As much as I share the same instinctive reaction, the variety puzzles I tend to write have much more complicated topologies, they just aren't based on cursed geometry. Usually.
Over 2/3 of my patrons were billed for the month that I paused payments because (I believe) of a fencepost error, that affected everyone whose billing date was the first of the month. When I took a break for February, pausing payments on 2/1 seemed like the obviously correct thing, but I was wrong.
Spent an hour issuing over 100 refunds, 1 at a time, because Patreon messed up my billing and their support was not helpful. Helpful tip if you're a creator on Patreon: if you want to pause billing for a month, do not pause on the first of the month.
No streaming tonight. I've been busy this evening trying to deal with some issues with Patreon billing, and I need to take a break after that.
When do we get "One Hundred Buttholes of Solitude"?
It's been a while but I'll be streaming puzzle construction at twitch.tv/tshellstudio in 15 minutes! Much better than the State of the Union!
I could not figure out "VC" from the title alone but I am pleased that I correctly guessed the other tune before the vocals came in. I don't know why, but it just made the most sense (as is evident from the whole thing)
This is a travesty and you should be allowed to wear your SCA garb and bring a sword to keep people from going over time.
I actually have a suspicion that bass trombonists are actually more straitlaced on average than their higher-pitched colleagues, but then again a professor once told me "All you bass trombonists are kinky motherfuckers!" in the middle of theory class.
One time in college we were playing a piece that had a bass trombone solo and the conductor wanted me to play more loosely.
"Have you ever gone out and had a little too much to drink?"
"No"
Everyone in the brass section turned to stare at me like I had two heads.
I occasionally get emails from a music store I frequent about new trombone-related items or sales. The fact that the latest one includes both trombone cases and wine cases reminds me how much of an outlier I am among trombonists.
Note that it's the Andrew Mellon Foundation, founded by one of the massively rich banking tycoons of the turn of the 20th century, back when robber barons rehabilitated their image by promoting culture, not being pathologically jealous of it.
But your honor, I have these ticket stubs for "Melania"!
For the last several days, I have been working on and off on drawing weirdly specific things for a puzzle. Just me, an iPad, and Procreate. I am not an artist by any means, and my people are vaguely terrifying if you look at them too closely, but I am very pleased with the results. AI can suck it.
You two are too cute
I nearly forgot today is Tuesday, but I will be streaming puzzle construction at twitch.tv/tshellstudio in 20 minutes!
But they've had my favorite burgers since Christopher's closed
All Star Sandwich Bar? Might not satisfy 1.
Streaming puzzle construction at twitch.tv/tshellstudio in 20 minutes!
Streaming puzzle construction at twitch.tv/tshellstudio in 20 minutes! Will I still be in post-Mystery Hunt hangover mode? Only one way to find out!
While doing post-Mystery Hunt tab maintenance, I came across a whole set of hidden tabs with my work from the MH in...2024.
Maybe this is why Opera kept having memory issues.
No streaming tonight, as I'm dealing with some difficult personal news.
It doesn't help that this puzzle has something like 96 words in it. Why couldn't I have written a nice neat Pathfinder instead?
I reeeealllly don't want to write clues today but I reeeeealllly gotta.
I like how you could actually have ร's crossing each other
No stream today, as I will be entertaining friends. Stay tuned next week for more live puzzle construction!
Do any of my fellow Patreon creators know how to temporarily take down a post without deleting it outright? I can go into the specifics privately, but I don't want to say much more publicly.
If anything, solving in pencil shows a willingness to make mistakes that I value more than the certitude of one's knowledge
