Last week, our lab successfully tested a new hydrophone 🎙️calibration ⚖️ method out in the port of #Aarhus ⚓. Tests like these will allow for more accurate sound measurements - such as noise levels from shipping 🚢 and other maritime activities.  #bioacoustics #marineacoustics

🎶 I like to introduce my talks with what we’re dealing with everyday: nice sounds coming from a variety of species. Grouper’s vocalization, Parrotfish’s grazing, Snapping shrimps, Rain, … Analyzing these sounds is what I like the most in what we’re doing at Reef Pulse!
