A little comic page I doodled a while back to experiment with Samurott daddy and a possible Garchomp friend. Never went anywhere with it unfortunately, but I hope to pick it up again when I have time.
I think he's very misunderstood; his only appearance was in Sonic R, and he didn't directly attack Sonic or any of his friends (as far as I know). He just floats around during the races.
Also, in Super Stars I think all he did was fly around and give you a coin...
