Always keep in mind:
There is no reason to freak out: it’s just a talk/ presentation about something.
There are many more important things in life.
And it doesn’t have to be the most perfect talk.
Everyone is cooking with water. People will be thankful to hear about the topic.
First of all I would try to avoid thinking about it. Move your thoughts to something else, anytime thoughts about the talk come up. Simply Stop thinking.
