Destroying from within means destroying our democracy; our ability to get things done, our agencies in shambles, basically our democracy fails dramatically. That has been the goal of Russia for decades. They hate democracy and want to see it fail across the globe.
It is some dystopian shit we are experiencing here; like waking up in another timeline.
He doesn’t have the authority to do that, and at least in my state of CA, they will not obey any order to do this. There may be some GOP states that agree to change their rules; but that hurts the GOP more than it helps them.
