No, I wasn’t surprised – I had an algorithm to forecast our growth.
But nothing prepares you for the emotion that comes when a strategy driven by #empathy turns into a community powered by #kindness.
In 2015, I became the first Social Media Manager at the University of Luxembourg.
By January 2016, I was running the @uni.lu Instagram account.
Back then? 264 followers.
